Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- To submit a cancellation request, customers must contact our support team via email.
- If the order qualifies for cancellation, a complete refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may request a return after delivery, following the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Modifications
At present, changes to items or delivery details cannot be made once an order is confirmed. If adjustments are required, customers may cancel the existing order, if eligible, and place a fresh order with the updated details.
